Webecos has been reported, to us, as a company that is providing products that are similar in name to our Lypossage™ Brand Name Products.

Webecos is a European Company that has NO Association with Lypossage esthétiques Internationale, LLC. The Lypossage™ brand and modality are the sole property of Charles W. Wiltsie III, LMT. The above listed company is NOT endorsed by Lypossage esthétiques Internationale, LLC. Lypossage™ Brand Products are only available through Lypossage esthétiques Internationale, LLC.

BEWARE OF "It Works"

It has long been the policy of Lypossage esthétiques Internationale, LLC to make available products to it's customers that are the highest possible quality available. We work very hard to bring these products to you and distance ourselves from anything that is carfully screened and then, if it passes muster, branded as Lypossage™, Lypossage esthetiques™, Lypossage naturels™ and Esprit de Jeunesse™. In fact, we would prefer to see no product used on Lypossage™ clients than to see any brand other than ours- particularly "multi-level marketing" companies or "network marketing" companies. We don't approve of these companies for Lypossage™ because they look for "down line" distributors and these distributors ususally end up the Lypossage™ client. This is an unbalanced relationship within a therapeutic environment. Therefore, any Lypotherapist or spa who uses this kind of product, with Lypossage™ or suggests that it is part of Lypossage will be removed from our website and the right to use the Lypossage™ trademark will be withdrawn by it's owners, Charles & Katherine Wiltsie III.

An example of the problem can be best illustrated in an email recently sent to us from a Practitioner in Texas (not unlike dozens we have recieved from around the central and western United States). The email states,

"I went through Lypossage training with ___________, who recommended It Works products instead of yours. I would like more information about yours, prices, ingredients etc. I do not find It Works products to be effective, as well is is a mulit marketing organization to which we were enticed to join".

If you know of any Lypotherapist who is using other products and claiming those products will produce better results than those endorsed by Lypossage, please let us know so we can follow up. The use of other products is to misrepresent the Lypossage treatments and is therefore an unethical business practice.

Below is a form you can fill out that will help us make sure you are working with a trained and ethical Lypotherapist.

BEWARE OF
"Unauthorized Lypossage Practitioners"

If your Practitioner or Spa is Not listed on our site they may not have been trained in the specific modality know as Lypossage™. The treatment known as Lypossage™ was developed by Charles W. Wiltsie III, LMT. Only people trained to do this treatment can use the Lypossage trademark name, or any variation of that name.

To be authorized to do the Lypossage™ Treatment the Practitioner will have been Trained by Charles W. Wiltsie III, LMT or any of his Certified Trainers. Certified Trainers were trained by Charles W. Wiltsie III, LMT. A person without proper training, in Lypossage™ Treatments, may physically harm you.

To use the Lypossage™ Trademark one needs to have been trained in Lypossage and have permission to use the Lypossage™ name. Permission is granted by Charles W. Wiltsie III, LMT, in writing, when an authorized Practitioner asks for it, in writing.

Customer Beware! Lypossage™ is a specific modality and without training your UNAUTHORIZED Practitioner can harm or injure you. It is also likely that you will not get the desired result from a "Mis-labeled Treatment".

If you suspect the Lypossage™ Practitioner you are using is not certified and is untrained, please contact us right away! If they are certified we will make sure their names are on our web site. If they are not or they are using the Lypossage™ name without authorization. In this case we will take immediate legal action.
